Having completing a course at Olympia Business College, Maria secured herself a job in the settlement industry which became the basis of her settlement career. Her first job was an outside clerk at a small settlement agency and from there she has grown and developed her skills to become a very competant and diligent conveyancer.
Maria has 7 years practical experience and is currently studying at TAFE to obtain her Settlement Agent's License.
Maria enjoys the client interaction and guiding them through the settlement process especially when the sense of excitement is apparent. "You feel appreciated and it make your efforts truly worthwhile." Maria enjoys the variety of learning something new from each settlement.
Her personality shines through when dealing with her clients. Maria is friendly and patient and understands that we all have bad days! Maria keeps her clients well informed and goes by the simple rule, treat your clients in the same manner as you would like to be treated.
Maria is an avid lover of the AFL, in particular the Geelong Cats. Maria finds the off season difficult to take, as there is no football to watch! She also enjoys spending time in the garden and catching up with friends.
