Licensed since 1993 Steve commenced his working career in the R & I bank working in the securities department before undertaking banking duties in the branches city and country. He returned to the city and commenced work in R & I settlements which became Bankwest Settlements before leaving the bank to pursue a conveyancing career in the private sector and has been with Vicki Philipoff Settlements in 2003.
He has 4 children and 5 fantastic grand children (to date) the youngest being 18 months, and enjoys looking after them from time to time.
Steve enjoys getting away to the country visiting relatives and friends in Busselton and also camping trips away to Donnelly River and Windy Harbour.
He has recommenced playing squash on a weekly basis to keep fit and keep contact with old bank buddies, and also enjoys watching West Coast and Freo in the AFL.
Steve particularly enjoys receiving constant repeat business and referrals from his previous clients, as they are a testament to the high standard of professionalism and expertise he provides.
