Meet the Team: Zachary Nuske

Here’s a short Q&A with Zachary Nuske.

1. What is your role at Vicki Philipoff Settlements?

I’m a licensed conveyancer, and I’ve been with Vicki Philipoff Settlements for five years.

2. Why did you choose VPS?

I admired the strong company values and team culture. I like learning from my experienced peers. The positive work environment and flexibility stood out to me.

3. What are your favourite parts about working in the settlement industry?

Solving real-life problems, the ability to continue learning, and helping clients achieve their property goals are my favourite parts. I also like that no two days are exactly the same.

4. What does the perfect morning look like for you?

The best days start and end with music. I like getting my day started with some good beats, and after work, I enjoy mixing and producing my own music.

5. What is your favourite food?

Comfort food, especially creamy pasta dishes!

6. When and why did you move to Perth?

In 2020, I moved to Perth to be closer to my family.

7. What is your favourite part about living in Perth?

The WA beaches and laid-back lifestyle.

8. Do you have any favourite pastimes or hobbies?

I’m an avid golfer. Mosman Park course in the springtime is my favourite.
