Get Identified – A face to face ID Check is required for Property Transactions in Australia
Your identity check must be completed at the same time as your AML Check.
Once your file is allocated to a Conveyancer, they will contact you and issue a link to you with further details.
If you are a seller, your identity documents must match your name/s on the Title Deed exactly. If you are a buyer, your identity documents must exactly match your name/s on the Offer and Acceptance contract. You are also required to have original documents and not copies.
If you are a buying or selling with a Trust Deed, we will require this to be provided to us as quickly as possible.
If you do not have a current passport and a current drivers license, then identification will be required from one of the Category’s listed below:

If you are unable to complete the online verification process, please contact us to arrange an appointment. You will need to attend with your mobile phone, current passport, and current driver‘s licence. We are happy to assist where we can; however, as mobile phones and settings vary, the process can sometimes take longer than expected.
