Felicia began her career in settlements in 2005 as an outside clerk and has been building her expertise ever since. Throughout the years, she progressed from being an outside clerk to conveyancing assistant and ultimately became a Conveyancer.

With years of hands-on knowledge, Felicia combines professionalism with personality. She believes conveyancing doesn’t have to feel daunting or overwhelming. It should feel clear and supportive. She is friendly, approachable, and always ready for a chat. She’s also known for thinking outside the box and finding smart, practical solutions to keep everything moving smoothly toward settlement day.

When she’s not making property dreams happen, Felicia is fully embracing her fangirl era. She loves binge-watching K-dramas and C-dramas, listening to K-pop, and heading to concerts whenever she can.
