Tammerly is a proud team member at Vicki Philipoff Settlements, with a genuine passion for real estate and property settlements.

Having built her career in the broader property sector since 2009, she began her conveyancing journey in 2021 where through dedication and drive, progressed to a Conveyancing Assistant before advancing into her role as a Client Relations Conveyancer.

Known for her positive, can-do attitude and bubbly personality, Tammerly is also recognised for her calm, approach and clear communication throughout every stage of the settlement process. Her proactive communication and highly organised approach ensure clients feel informed, supported, and at ease.

She understands that purchasing or selling a home is one of the most exciting — and sometimes stressful — milestones in a person’s life.

For Tammerly, it’s not just about completing a transaction — it’s about providing clarity, confidence, and genuine care during an important chapter in her clients’ lives.

When she is not completing settlement files, Tammerly can be found assisting in the quotes department and allocating new files to conveyancers, further supporting the smooth operation of the team. With an impeccable eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills, she takes pride in delivering efficient, seamless settlements while building trust and lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Tammerly enjoys socialising with family and friends, attending comedy shows and silent discos, watching sport, and indulging in the occasional bottomless brunch.
