Both properties, the one I was selling and the one I was purchasing were handled by Vicki Philipoff. Settlement dates were aligned as requested so there was no need for the bridging loan. Communication was excellent and we were assisted throughout the whole process from start to completion. Melissa was very approachable and helpful, even while chasing up forms and sending gentle reminders.
